Send a photo of the expired certificate or provide the personal information
To submit the request, you must provide a clear image of the expired certificate. If you do not have a photo of the document, you may send your complete personal information (full name, ID number, and phone number) to start the corresponding search and validation process.
Notes
If it has been a long time since you requested your certificate, the validation process may take a little longer, depending on each case. This is because some documents require additional review before being updated or issued again.
We recommend verifying that the information sent is correct and complete, since any error in the data may delay the process. Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and you will be informed about the status of the procedure.
