A graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) with a law degree, Corporán
complemented her education with studies in criminal justice and diploma programs in international business and
global diplomacy from the University of New Mexico. She has also completed specialized programs in executive
management, public speaking and leadership, and digital competence at institutions such as FUNGLODE, EFEC, CAES, and
the Euro-American Interuniversity Network.
Her experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIREX) strengthened her knowledge of multilateral diplomacy,
collaborating with international organizations such as UNESCO, WHO, FAO, IFAD, WFP, PAHO, and IICA in the
coordination and follow-up of international policies.
At the international level, Corporán has held leadership roles as Head of Internal Affairs for the Global Network
of Young Politicians, Director of Education and Awareness for the Latin American Delegation, and participated as
part of the COPPPAL International Electoral Observers Commission in missions to Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador.
Her youth leadership and commitment to public service are also reflected in her work as a political advisor and
communicator, with recognized participation in national media. She has also promoted social action projects through
nonprofit movements and volunteer organizations such as Un Techo para mi País.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Corporán symbolizes the new generation of Dominican diplomats committed
to transparency, cooperation, and strengthening ties with the diaspora. Her appointment marks a significant step
toward a more inclusive, youthful, and participatory diplomacy aligned with the values of the Dominican Government
and its vision of a modern state.
