Reunification and Visa
Birth certificate and passport of the minors.
Dominican Identity and Electoral Card of the other parent, or passport if foreign.
Banking Procedures
Name of the financial institution for which the procedure will be carried out.
Account number, card, financial certificate, or loan on which the operation will be performed.
If it is a cooperative, member number.
Template provided by the financial institution, if they have one.
Divorce Procedures
Marriage certificate.
In case of mutual agreement, it is recommended that the power of attorney be signed by both spouses; if only one spouse signs, stipulations cannot be included. Two witness signatures must also be provided.
If the power of attorney includes stipulations, both spouses must sign.
Real Estate Acts and Title Withdrawals
Copy of the property title.
If financing is needed, name of the institution with which the mortgage will be placed.
If the grantor is married, the spouse must also sign.
Vehicles and Firearms
Information on the asset to be transferred, such as a copy of the vehicle registration or a copy of the firearm permit.
