- Original certificate (properly apostilled)
- Prepaid envelope with stamps and your return address for the documents

Prices
- $75 for one-page documents, by money order, payable to the Dominican Consulate
- $25 per page for multi-page documents, by money order, payable to the Dominican Consulate

Remarks
Any document issued by U.S. Authorities must be apostilled before requesting the translation. The Apostille is obtained through the Secretary of State of the state issuing the document. You must contact them directly.
