With address and stamps to return documents

Notes
- Each individual document requires an Apostille from the Secretary of State that issues the document. It is not required for the passport photocopy.
- You must obtain the Apostilles before sending the documents to the consulate.
- Incomplete files will delay the process.

Important Note
All bodies must be sent in a hermetically sealed coffin.
