Request the national ID data change at the Central Electoral Board

Copy of the Dominican birth certificate
Legalized from 2019 onwards.

Copy of the Dominican marriage or divorce certificate
Legalized from 2019 onwards. If you do not have the certificates, you must request them at chicago@jce.do.

Identity card
It may be a copy of both sides on a single page.
Notes
- The Central Electoral Board in Chicago is currently only issuing a paper certification, since it does not have a printing machine. They have not yet defined what the process will be for delivering the plastic card.
