- Request a change of ID card information at the Central Electoral Board via email: chicago@jce.do
- Copy of the legalized Dominican birth certificate from 2019 onwards.
- Copy of the marriage or divorce certificate (Dominican) and legalized, issued in 2019 or later. *If you do not have the certificates, you must request them by email: chicago@jce.do
- ID card or a copy of it on both sides on the same page (if you have one).
Price of the document: 25 dollars
