Requirements

Original certificate
Long-form original certificate, apostilled by the Secretary of State where the process was completed.

Translation into Spanish
You must translate into Spanish the certificate already apostilled in the USA (see related page at the end).
Process
- Attend the Central Electoral Board with the apostilled and translated certificate to complete the transcription process.
- Request an appointment at: chicago@jce.do.
